Dacecrown manufactures a wide range of capping components for bottle, PET and packaging lines.
We produce Cap Coder-style capping chucks, standard 3/8″ drive chucks, and more complex multi-head capping solutions for high-speed production environments.
Our capping chucks can be manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium or rubber-grip designs, depending on the cap type, machine setup and production requirement.
We also offer rubber gripper chucks with rubber inserts, designed to improve grip, protect the cap finish and support consistent torque application during the capping process.
When container control is critical, Dacecrown can also manufacture neck grippers to hold, guide and stabilise bottles through the line.
